Having managed a number of Healthcare Agencies the Director recognised the need for a truly professional local based Nurse & Care Agency that placed the emphasis on client and staff needs above all else. First Call Healthcare is fully compliant and registered with the Care Quality Commission, consistently gaining 3 star "excellent" rating. The company carries out DBS Enhanced checks on all staff and is registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service as a Registered Body.

The company remains local to the North East and therefore has in-depth knowledge of the Healthcare industry offering a unique "hands on" approach.
