Mark is a founding Director of the company and has some 15 years' experience within the industry. He has built up a sound client base within the London area that continues to work closely with Fire FM, he attends meetings with our key clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction. He also as Director assists in the daily running of the operational side of the business, ensuring that we monitor performance of the company, instigate improvements as necessary and plans the logistical movements of our engineering teams.
