FINE DESIGNS can provide a full Architects professional design service from a free of charge initial consultation to understand the clients design brief, to the sketch design, to securing local authority Planning and Building Warrant approvals and if required, a site works inspection service that looks after the client's interests on site, to the completion of the works, and obtaining the local authorities Completion Certificate.
