Fifty Fathoms

Fifty Fathoms was founded by Ian Tyler, a London-based graphic designer and illustrator with over 13 years of creative industry experience. Our studio enjoys working across disciplines including graphic design, branding and identity, illustration and art direction in print, online, video and presentations. Our philosophy is that truly effective and lasting creative work needs to be developed and crafted with care and can only be truly successful if we get to know our clients well and understand their audiences. Our relatively small size allows us to look after our clients without them becoming lost in a big agency structure whilst we ensure complete focus and a dedicated project resource by only taking on a limited number of briefs to run at one time. We can also provide design support in preparing your new business pitches and client presentations, whether it's working independently on a brief or alongside your existing creative team, from our studio or as an on-site resource if required.
