We are a niche property Insurance company dealing in the Insurance of apartment buildings for Resident-Owned Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Freeholders, Property Managers and Developers. We currently Insure some 20,000 residential flats and sheltered housing units throughout England & Wales, ranging from "New build" to "Period Conversions" in Cities, Town Centres, Suburbs and villages. Where are we based? Our head office and administrative functions are based in Salisbury, but we provide insurance services to clients across the whole of the UK.

We are a Registered Insurance Broker (registered with Financial Conduct Authority) and Members of BIBA (The British Insurance Brokers Association). We are proud of our high standards and nationally recognised Codes of Practice. Our staff all undergo Continuing Professional Development to make sure that their Knowledge of Insurance Legislation is always up to date.
