Fells Gulliver Estate Agents was established in 1988 and is now owned and operated by its two highly experienced directors, Dan Heard and Ben Shiers. Dan Heard MNAEA is a qualified Estate Agent with over 20 years industry experience. Dan joined Fells Gulliver in 1998 as part of the senior management team and since then has been fundamental in shaping and developing the company into the well regarded and trusted Estate Agency evident today.

Ben Shiers is a career Estate Agent who has held senior position's within corporate and independent companies. As a trusted and respected agent he had a burning desire to return to front line estate agency, and with Dan is committed to ensuring Fells Gulliver continues to build on its already excellent reputation.
