Fell Reynolds are a multi-disciplined practice with three offices in the south east and with property managers local to the properties we manage further afield. Our surveyors have many years’ experience, managing both commercial properties including shopping centres, industrial estates, offices and residential properties including large purpose built blocks of flats, many with in excess of 100 units. We also manage smaller blocks including converted properties. Property management is a specialist field and requires a breadth of in-house knowledge, covering a wide range of skills including budgeting, accounts, insurance, payroll and placing a wide range of contracts for lifts, gardeners, cleaners etc.
