Fazackerley Design Offers a design service for Masterplanning, strategic development briefing, building and interior design, public consultation and design workshops - a consultancy to public authorities, architects, and other design professionals. Design support is offered for; Understanding and capturing objectives and issues, and formulating a 'smart' brief.

The design process involves the confident and speedy exploration of ideas, from thought to paper, team working to test feasibility and viability, communicate and generate interest, and offer images of development concepts that are practical, robust and stimulating. Early concepts are used to establish development principles, market ideas, generate investment opportunities, test planning, viability and delivery routes, and eventually form strategic guidance through development briefings or design coding. The process is the same in all design sectors, enabling an interesting and diverse portfolio to grow over 25 years of experience.
