Farnham Yoga

With small classes run from my home in Farnham, I make it my mission to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported, and that the class moves at a pace to match everyone’s needs. Yoga has been an incredible positive force for me, helping me manage the many challenges that life brings. I have studied and taught yoga for 12 years, and yet I am still discovering its benefits. It brings me great pleasure to share what I have learned with my students. My teaching is not only focused on increasing strength and fitness. When you join my yoga class, you’ll find ways to ease tension and anxiety, build confidence, grow greater awareness of the connectedness within your body and experience a calmer mind.
