Falcon Installations is a family owned, family run home improvement company offering a range of highly secure and attractive uPVC windows, doors, conservatories, porches and roofline products. We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction rates and we pride ourselves on our honesty, from initial contact, through the fitting process and beyond into after sales care. Established in 1990, we’ve grown alongside our customer recommendations, from a two-man team to a successful local home improvement company with a showroom in Bridgend. We have been providing FENSA certificates with every domestic installation since April 2002. We have also been providing our customers with an Insurance-Backed Guarantee for every domestic installation since January 2012, 2 ½ years before these became mandatory in our industry! In 2008 we opened our first showroom double glazing showroom located on Brackla Industrial Estate, Bridgend. Between 2015 and 2017 we opened a temporary showroom in Talbot Green High Street to increase our capacity capabilities and further our operations. Most recently, in mid-2017 we moved to our new home at Falcon House on the eastern edge of Bridgend Industrial Estate. Throughout our history, we have strived to provide our customers with the products they want. We were quick to adopt A rated windows as standard when the BFRC rating system was launched, being the first in Bridgend to provide this. After recognising the importance of triple-glazing in reducing energy bills, we’ve started to offer triple glazed windows in our range.
