After gaining YMCA/RSA qualifications in teaching Exercise to Music I went onto studying Sports Therapy at the Raworth College for Sports Medicine (ITEC and RAW. DIP.) and qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist who is also able to carry out Remedial Bodywork Therapies. Over the years I have continuously been updating my knowledge and practise by attending numerous Professional Development Courses and completed workshops in Pilates, Core Strength/ Core Balance techniques, TRX training, Power Plate and many more. I also own a certificate as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a CYQ accreditation and completed the Exercise Referral Module which enables me to carry out personal training for people with specific conditions such as diabetes, blood pressure problems, joint disorders, weight issues, stress or anxiety disorders.
