Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage based on Swedish massage. It uses a variety of different techniques from the classic techniques such as gliding strokes, kneading movements, circular pressure of the hand and fingers, to more manipulating techniques as stretching of the muscle tissue, cross-fibre friction, pressure-point work and joint mobilization to stretch, release tension and soreness within the soft tissues, eg.
