Etive Ecology Ltd was established with the aim of delivering high quality ecological services with a personal approach to client relations and tailored outputs. After spending their formative years in large multi-disciplinary and multi-national environmental consultancies, Maddy and Russell created a small, independent consultancy that is built on a solution-orientated approach to clients' needs. Maddy Warriner has over fourteen years of experience as a professional ecologist, having worked in the governmental, academic and consultancy sectors. With an early career background in freshwater ecology at the Environment Agency, Maddy has spent the last nine years based in Scotland, focussing on upland ecology, with particular enthusiasm and experience in upland botany and mammalian ecology.
