Our therapies are complementary to conventional medicine and work well alongside any treatment your GP or Consultant may prescribe. Numerous massage techniques have been developed over time, all with the aim of improving various physical or emotional conditions. Massage treatments encourage the body's natural 'feel good' chemicals, influencing relaxation and a general sense of well-being. The techniques used at Estyn Wellbeing have been taught through a University Degree programme and are focused on the needs of modern day lifestyle. Treatments are available for conditions which arise from injury through to wear and tear. Therapists are trained to identify and deliver appropriate techniques for the client's needs.
