Equilibrium Counselling Services

At Equilibrium we provide counselling support to help individuals understand what is happening to them, to make sense of their experiences and then to help them move forward and regain enjoyment of life. We also provide counselling and psychotherapy services for people in the workplace, to help them become more resilient in the face of adversity. In addition, we support organisations in looking after their most important asset — their people. This includes the pro-active management of mental health issues, one-to-one counselling and providing training workshops for all staff, to help them recognise, understand and deal with mental health issues, thus avoiding long term sickness absence and its impact on the individual and the organisation.
