Octavia Hopwood is a fully insured massage practitioner and, in 2013, set up Equelite Sports Massage. She's worked in sport from a young age and gained her Junior Sports Leaders Award at the age of 16. As an experienced horse rider she has competed (and still does) at dressage and in 2008 she represented her area at the Pony Club Championships, coming 5th overall. Since then Octavia has been dedicated to sports and performance and now fills her spare time riding, climbing, surfing, kick boxing, trampolining and doing gymnastics.
Octavia graduated from Aberystwyth University with a degree in Biology and due to a passion for sport and sports related injuries, she gained a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage at the Oxford School of Sports Massage. She runs Equelite alongside working with amateur teams and sports clubs and at sporting events.
