Following outstanding performances at the London Festival of Gymnastics the club has been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2011 World Gymnaestrada in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Epping Sports Centre Gymnastics Club was formed in 1997 by head coach Carrie Bywater. The club is based at Epping Sports Centre, 25 Hemnall Street. Classes range from grass root beginners to elite squads. These competitive squads consist of 34 gymnasts ranging from ages four to 18 all of whom compete in all disciplines of women's artistic gymnastics. Following outstanding performances at the London Festival of Gymnastics the club went to represent Great Britain at the 2011 World Gymnaestrada in Lausanne, Switzerland.
