He understands the challenges entrepreneurs face when trying to establish a new enterprise - or keep an established one alive - amid harsh realities. He knows the challenges aren't just about handling everyday administrative tasks, the competition, pricing right and finding the best staff, partners and suppliers. There's just as much about trying to sustain relationships with family, friends and colleagues when you are working a 50 hour + week. He knows because he's been there.
