We are England & Co, solicitors in Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Martham. Established since 1936. We specialise in Wills & Probate, Purchase, sale & remortgage of Domestic & Commercial Property, employment, Power of Attorneys & Family matters. At the beginning of the 70's Leslie was still working in the firm, in partnership with Arthur Stubbs, who had joined him after the 2nd World War. During the 70s, Arthur's son, Michael, became a junior partner. Leslie retired in 1975 and Arthur not long after. The firm specialised in residential conveyancing, probates, wills and trusts, and some Family, criminal and general litigation work. Peter Mason, joined in 1983 in July 1984 became a partner in the firm, with Michael. Family, criminal and general Litigation within the firm grew rapidly. In 1996 Michael retired and Peter became the sole Principal.
