We actively promote the importance of regular physical activity for everybody, including teenagers, but especially for girls who are generally less active in comparison to boys the same age. So we created an opportunity for teenage girls to come along and exercise with their mothers. This is a great opportunity for mothers to introduce their teenage daughter/s to fitness, and also have fun and spend quality time in the process (available to girls between the age of 12-15 as part of their mother / an appropriate adults membership).
