Endeavour Management Limited, established in 1999, our management team have over 40 years experience in the London property market, we are well positioned to advise our clients about property investments. The company originally specialised with residential property management of flats and houses, identifying assets with potential for improvement and resale or long term returns by generating a rental income. We then ventures into investments in commercial property and land. The company built up a strong reputation in the residential property market by identifying target properties and creating strong returns through refurbishment and sale or producing returns through rental income. In 2009 Endeavour took a step in investing in the South European property market which has suffered from a deep financial crisis. Our management and operational style is project minded, we have a structured methodology in the assets we manage and the projects we undertake.
