EFS was founded in 2008, and although it has grown significantly since then, we still hold the same founding principles we began with.

Over the years we've helped to arrange all types of Mortgages, helping first time buyers, home movers and buy to let clients throughout the UK. We do exactly what it says in our name - solutions for your financial concerns. And the 'Encore' part, well many of our customers came to us for one service, and ended up joining us across the board. We like to think it's more than just our great products they love. Our customer service has always been more of a customer exceptional service, as our clients have expressed in their own words.

As an independent mortgage broker, we have access to over 35 UK lenders, and have built up a great rapport with the most trusted ones in the industry.
