Welcome to Emma Gill Sports Therapy, a friendly and professional Sports Therapist based in Kendal, Cumbria. Whether you've injured yourself playing sport, had a hard day on the hills, pulled a muscle gardening, have aches and pains from the 9-5 or just want to prevent injury and be pain free, Sports Therapy can help. My aim is to get you back to your everyday activities, be that sport, work or enjoying your leisure time, as quickly and safely as possible.

In my spare time I like to get outdoors and run, walk, cycle and generally enjoy the fresh air and the views.
