We decided in 2005 to become Independent Financial Advisers and since then it has been a great adventure for us and our clients, we have a great retention record with on average 98% of clients staying with us, we have had some customers who have stayed with us from when we originally started in 1998, we now have their family members as our clients having seen them grow up and come to us, in some families we have 3 generations which is incredible. The ethos behind our company is to keep it simple, we have found over the years that client trust is one of the most important things and by keeping what we do for the client simple they have grown to trust us, the beauty about this is we don't use jargon or bamboozle people with science, we explain it so that when we leave you can have an informed discussion and fully understand what we have done or said. Having been established in the South Shields area since 1998 our clients now are from far and wide, Brighton and London, through middle England and our furthest client being from Dubai, we primarily build our client base from Recommendation and Word of Mouth.
