Sean is a fully qualified Chartered RIBA Architect with a wide range of experience both on large and small projects, from Concept, Planning, Building Regulations and Tendering to on-site inspection and contract administration gained over the past 20 years working in the building design/construction industry including a 130 and 86 unit residential flat development in Guildford and Brighton respectively, as well as smaller bespoke residential and commercial developments across the UK.
