Elderlea Guest House

The guest house occupies a one storey building, and has been a feature of the Queensferry Road area for many years. It was recently renovated in 2012 in order to maintain the high standard of accommodation we have always provided our guests. It is conveniently set in a residential neighbourhood, and is just a short walking distance from neighbourhood shops, restaurants, takeaways and bus stops.

Some of our rooms overlook the garden, while others face the street. Each of the 10 rooms is self-contained with en-suite shower and toilet. Other room facilities include a colour TV and WiFi internet access. Guests have access to a common lounge area on the ground floor as well as the surrounding garden.
