Eildon Management & Finance is a boutique accounting and business consulting practice to private business owner/managers. Eildon Finance provides managed accounting and taxation advisory services to Eildon Management clients and high net worth individuals. We are Xero Certified partners for Xero Online Accounting Software and provide similar options for IRIS KashFlow and other cloud accounting software, including migration from legacy systems such as Sage. Eildon Management advises and assist SMEs with business planning and strategic development. We support the management team in the preparation of the business plan, undertake interim management services where required and help source the finance required to achieve the plan. We can assist investors with commercial and financial due diligence and in the support and development of investee businesses post-investment, including turnaround management. Thereafter, we will provide non-executive services to the business owner or the Board as part of a long-term advisory relationship, staying involved through to delivery of the business plan and the achievement of business goals including exit management where appropriate.
