Our Director, Phil Eggerdon BSc (Hons) MRICS has been offering a range of commercial property advice since the early 1990‘s. Accordingly not only is he experienced in dealing with different property types he also appreciates the local issues that shape an individual town having lived and worked within his patch for many years. Phil is very well connected within the property world and takes pride in being totally impartial in his approach to providing client advice. Eggerdon & Holland Ltd was established in 2010 to provide a service to existing clients that sought assistance with the sale, letting or acquisition of mainly office and industrial space whilst vacant as well as income producing investments. In addition lease advisory work is offered including lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gearing.
