Liz Wilson grew up in the antiques business and founded Eclectica in 1988 from a market stall in Camden passage. Her hand picked vintage jewellery soon became so popular that in 1996 she opened a boutique in Islington. This tiny emporium with atmosphere of a busy bazaar was once described as a sweetshop for the soul! The shop ran successfully until the end of the lease saw its closure in 2007.
Today Eclectica offers a huge selection of diverse and glamorous costume jewellery which is accessibly priced and personally sourced by Liz.
