If you are looking to purchase a property, re-mortgage to reduce your outgoings, borrow additional money or you are looking to purchase an investment property with a buy-to-let mortgage, then we are here to help you. We are also qualified and authorised to sell Lifetime Mortgages, so if you would like to release some equity from your home, for example, to enjoy your retirement or to financially assist your children, we can help. We do, however, charge a one-off fee of £250 at the application stage.
