EC1 Counselling & Psychotherapy

Located at 45 Central Street in EC1V (walking distance from The City and The Barbican, just off Old Street), I am a fully trained and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering one to one talking-therapy sessions to adults and adolescents. As a Registrant with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a fully Registered and Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work according to their ethics. An incident may have steered you toward crisis point, or perhaps you feel you have been enduring for a while and can see little or no chance of things getting better. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for you to explore these painful and difficult emotions, and the opportunity to move beyond them.
