East Devon Counselling

I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and studied with the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. Working as a counsellor in a GP surgery, and also in a local Health Centre has provided me with the opportunity of counselling a wide range of people with a variety of issues. I have also worked with young people at a local Secondary school. I work with adults both individuals and couples and I also offer group therapy and training together with work with people with issues surrounding food. I have done some work with BEAT (eating disorders association) and train other therapists in this area. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirmative Therapist.
