It started with my son who was a professional athlete but struggled with overcoming limiting thinking patterns and corresponding negative emotional states which affected his performance. Seeing him grow and develop with the use of NLP and EFT inspired me to learn these techniques to propel my own success and share and guide others. I enjoy working in partnership with clients to discover their hidden resources, build supportive beliefs and thought patterns. The real reward is being a part of their transformation and seeing the new found motivation purposefully focused on their unique desired pathway.
