Dwell Residential is a specialist lettings company and Private Rented Sector (PRS) consultancy that was created to provide investors, landlords and tenants with a first class service, but with pricing that is fair and offers value. We bridge the gap between the big blue chip agents who provide a professional service but with fees to match, and those agents at the other end of the spectrum with low fees, but sadly often with a level of service to match.
