We produce the canapés on-site using high quality local produce wherever possible, ensuring the canapés are fresh. On our wedding catering package we allow you to swap 4 canapés for the starter, which works well with a marquee wedding.All our hogs are hand-reared and purchased locally from Priors Hall Farm in Lindsell. Our catering chefs will arrive up to six hours prior to service for your wedding or party, to ensure your hog is cooked to perfection with crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce. A truly wow factor for a wedding catering spectacle.We obtain our pork, chicken, beef and lamb locally wherever possible, along with an excellent selection of fresh rolls and bread.
