Originally butchers, then farmers, our specialist niche grew from meat breed promotion at Agricultural Shows and Country Fairs. Most often we are associated with the British Simmental Cattle Breeders Society but back in the 1970's we also pioneered the first professional, Hog Roasting business.
More recently we have introduced a range of speciality Real Meat Burgers, including pork and apple, lamb and mint, wild venison and Somerset duck. We are always developing our products and have tailored our stand to promote Lamb at the National Sheep Show and Game products at Game and Country fairs.
