I finished the toxic relationship and made a decision to fix myself and get my life back on track!
My first step on the road to getting me back came in a very unexpected form. Pole Dancing! I'd always loved dancing and genuinely missed moving about. I'm sure you can imagine that being overweight and squeezing into a pair of shorts felt pretty soul destroying for the first time but I enjoyed playing on the pole so much it gave me the determination to start losing weight.
