To help others through therapy you have to know what they need, and the only way to find out what they need is for them to tell you. And they won't tell you unless they think you will listen carefully. And the way to convince them that you will listen carefully is to listen carefully. When do I work? In order to provide the most accessible treatment I work in the evenings as well as daytime. Once you contact me, we will arrange an assessment at a time that is mutually suitable. How do I work? At the assessment I will listen to you telling me about yourself, and the issues with which you are currently struggling. I will detail how I will be able to help, and we will devise a strategic therapy plan together. You can then make an informed decision about whether I am the right psychologist for you.
