Dr Ida Norgaard (Chiropractor)

At inc-HEALTH we believe that healthy people should not be hindered by pain whether from back pain, neck pain, headaches or general discomfort. Therefore, our approach is focused on rapid relief of pain, and helping our patients to fitter and stronger backs, necks and shoulders. We establish a treatment strategy that is personalised - all patients are treated as individuals with their personal specific needs and treatment goals.

Chiropractor Ida Norgaard has successfully treated muscle and joint problems for almost a quarter of a century. She has had extensive training at leading centres across the world including; a degree from the founding school of chiropractic, the Palmer University of Chiropractic, Iowa, USA; a Masters in clinical chiropractic from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and recently, certification in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization from the internationally renowned Prague school of rehabilitation.

Dr Norgaard has elite athletes, including premier football team members, yoga and Pilates instructors, international opera singers, musicians, office based workers, children and pregnant women among her wide ranging client list.

She lectures regularly in the UK and Denmark and teaches chiropractic students and graduates.
