I have extensive experience of working with a broad range of mental health difficulties and psychological issues, from mild to very severe, including anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, anger, phobias, low self-esteem, traumatic life events, self-loathing/criticism, work-related stress, loss and bereavement and relationship difficulties. I also have experience in providing psychological support to people adjusting to life-limiting conditions.
I regularly provide professional/clinical supervision, consultation and training to a range of professionals including cognitive behavioural therapists, clinical psychologists, trainee psychologists & therapists and other professional groups.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with HCPC registration and BABCP Accredited as both a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and as a CBT Supervisor. I achieved a First class honours degree in Psychology (B.Sc) and a Masters degree in Clinical and Abnormal Psychology (M.Sc). I completed my clinical psychology training at the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training, gaining a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D.Clin.Psych) from the University of Oxford. I am a BPC accredited practitioner in Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT).
