We specialise in sourcing and procuring properties and manage all aspects of building, renovation, maintenance and repairs. We also manage the rental of the property on our clients behalf. There are no hidden fees for perspective landlords only a commision fee on the rental of the property. You will not be bound to us by a contract so your property can be withdrawn from us with no fee.

We only require a months notice so we can notify the tennant. We are there to take care of the collection and payment of rent from the tennant to the landlord. The Building side of the business is here for the day to day maintenance of the properties in our care. To renovate any property that a landlord/investor wishes to rent out to a very high standard.
