Charismatic local artist, Jane Vaux, will be holding a course of acrylic painting lessons each Wednesday from 3rd June to 1st July 2015. Jane has a huge passion for the sea and the variety of light, textures and colours that are created along the coast. Her paintings are contemporary, and as well as realistic depictions, can be abstract, impressionistic or free style, covering a variety of subjects. She will help you to capture the evocative atmosphere of a place or subject without getting caught up in the detail, so that light and movement are given a chance to work and shine through.
