He has worked in a broad range of sectors, including financial services, IT, management consultancy, charities as well as Central Government (is a psychologist assessor for the Cabinet Office). Paul has a BSc(hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Industrial Psychology and is also a Chartered Scientist. He is licenced by the BPS to use psychometric test (full level B).
