Christopher Beamish MBA FRICS MIRPM formed DMA Chartered Surveyors in July 1997 when he purchased the company Downside Managing Agents Limited. In the years that followed, the Company experienced a period of steady growth and expansion. In 2013, the shares in DMA were acquired by CPBigwood, a firm of chartered surveyors headquartered in Birmingham. Christopher remains in a consultancy capacity.

John Nouch FIRPM joined DMA Chartered Surveyors in September 2007 as Head of Property Management. He has spent the last 22 years of his career specialising in leasehold property management. John was a Council Member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) for some 12 years and was Chairman between 1997 and 2000.
