Following an illustrious culinary career in London spanning 15 years, David Protheroe established his bespoke catering company, DJP, in 2000 after moving to Hampshire with his young family. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength growing through word of mouth recommendations from its many contented corporate and private clients.Based in Braishfield, Romsey, David caters for businesses and private individuals throughout Hampshire and the neighbouring counties.DJP caters for all occasions and sizes of functions including: private dinner parties at home, riverside fishing lunches, boardroom dinners, christenings, weddings, funerals, canapé parties, buffets and cookery demonstrations.
