The company began when founding partner, Tony Alex - a fully qualified chartered surveyor and member of the National Association of Estate Agents - joined a well-known and highly regarded estate agency, where he developed his professional knowledge and expertise. Our letting and management department at Prestwich was first established in 1999 and has grown steadily since.
We now look after the interests of several hundred clients and this department is managed by Caroline Sherwin, a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
