Hayley and Dan met whilst working together in London. They moved to Manchester in 2007 and realised their long held ambition to open a practice together. Hayley studied law in Liverpool and at the College of Law, Guildford. She qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Hayley has practised exclusively in the field of Family Law. She has gained considerable experience in divorce and financial settlements and all aspects of law relating to children. Hayley was head of the family department at Kaim Todner solicitors in London and a member of the Law Society's Family Panel until taking maternity leave and moving to Manchester.

Dan studied Fine Art at Goldsmith's College in London before settling on a career in law. He completed his law studies at the University of Westminster and was awarded a distinction and a Law Society prize. Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2001 after a period of training in criminal and family law.
