John Di Mambro & Co. was established in Hamilton in 1988 by John Di Mambro, who previously specialised in taxation with one of the major international chartered accountancy firms. In 1995 Alan McClelland joined the firm as a partner, bringing with him a wealth of experience in computerised accounting solutions. In 2006 Frank Duncan joined the firm as an associate specialising in the charity sector.
