One of the great advantages of golf is that it allows all age groups to participate in a sport where once getting a handicap a player, young or senior, male or female, you can play with the most accomplished in the sport. Golf too, in this era that we are more health aware, provides great exercise in the fresh air, without strain, and provides friendship and challenges. So whatever your age now is the time to get started.

There are a number of ways to start playing golf: driving ranges, municipal courses, par three courses to name a few but by far the simplest is to get advice from a golf 'Professional' who is there to help new and seasoned golfers alike.
