Poppy trained with Dr Milo Sietwart M.D., founder of the Association & Register of Colon Hydrotherapy, at the National College of Holistic Medicine. She further trained at the European School of Colon Hydrothearpy. Poppy is also a qualified and registered massage therapist, and practices many other complementary therapies. Claire has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years.

Claire has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. She is a registered Osteopath, graduating from Oxford Brooks University, and also has a diploma in Animal Osteopathy. Claire is also an instructor and trainer, college lecturer, and verifier for the NVQ/OCR awards and VTCT qualifications.
Claire has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years, and has been involved in writing level 2 and qualifications, as well as running her own instructional courses. Claire has produced 2 DVDs on Pilates, available online at www.amazon.co.uk.
